I don't think people come here anymore. xD I must admit my blog haven't crossed my mind for months now although it sits right there with my bookmarks. College has been busy. I wonder if they planned it that way. For us having to pass something up every week. I just spent the last few weeks finishing assignments, tests, presentations, and yet the second onslaught continues. But the workload isn't that bad that I can't play my neopets. Yes, I'm still an active player there. They're having a plot there now. Where we solve puzzles and do all the stuff to save neopia(which is supposedly an earth-lookalike) So I'm kept very VERY busy busy. Not to mention everyone is coming back to Penang and ppl finishing their final test-except Tarcians. So I have to sacrifice a lil neopets time to go out. We have 2 hard tests coming up this week(tomorrow and the day after tomorrow actually). A presentation and a test next week. Two assignments to be passed up the week after that. Get the gist of what I'm saying? So I was just saying in the canteen just now, After the we pass up the assignments, week 12, we're finally freeeee. Then I go to class, and the lecturer says we have midterms at week 12. -.- Way to burst my bubble.

Its been a year..
I guess everyone is expecting this post from me right? I wanted to post last night, but was too exhausted. And I just came back, 20 minutes till the date is up, since early this morning so..
Today, writing my post here right now, I am also listening to his songs. AND sms-ing I-Lyn to share this wonderful moment with her. =) Time really does pass so fast. It feels like he was gone for only a few months and in a blink of an eye, it's already a year. I wonder how he would feel seeing that we were all celebrating this day for him. It shouldn't be a day to rejoice but in a way, playing his songs again sort of brought him back to life. I know I-Lyn will understand what I meant by that right? We just love him so much and he seems just so real now right? For today...Lol

Actually I wanted to blog bout the sushi thingi. But is lazy now. haha. You can just view the pictures in my fb. We camwhored a lot that day. xD Was supposed to go jln jln in the end camwhored. =D
Anyways... Super Juniors new single is outtt! WOOHOOO! Their 4th album will be out on the 13th of May.. As much as I want to support them by buying the ones from korea(to raise their sales charts), doubt my parents will let me swipe their cards. Haha. Anyways....
My first impression of the song was that it sounded indian. A post which i agree with:
Super Junior have gained much success in Asia last year with their hit song "Sorry Sorry" and people's expectations are sure to be high on them.
Fans went crazy when the boys started to tease with some comeback concept photos and video teaser. The title of their new song "BONAMANA" went straight up to the first place a while after its release.Fans tweeted like crazy on Twitter to trend "BONAMANA" as well.
I have to admit that the song sounds quite addictive, but at the same time,i found that it sounds like an indian song too.To prove that i am not too wrong i even listened to some indian songs online, guess what i found??
Sorry Sorry Indian Version, could not stop laughing a few seconds after clicking the play button.Of course this video is edited.
Haha. Good indian version. Right?
And Their new song: Bonamana which translates to obviously. (Thank god for google translators)
-edited from http://e-koreablog.blogspot.com/2010/05/super-juniors-bonamana-sounds-like.html
(and lol. Me pasting the website link reminded me of the plagiarism lecture just now in orientation)
The song was released at 10.00am, 10th May. The audio of bonamana miinah just came out today and it is still fresh and surprisingly addictive (as always) and also still in the number 2 spot in the trending list in twitter for about 11 hours already. And this is fast, a piano cover just came out today and i guess the fast beat is not difficult for him to do. Check him out. ^_^
http://www.dkpopnews.net/2010/05/video-super-juniors-bonamana-got.html
Its sounds quite good but i wouldn't do a piano cover on this song. Haha. Mainly cause it has monotonous parts and doesn't sound as good.
Can't wait for Kyu and Ye Sungs duet! =D

It takes 7 seconds for food to pass from mouth to stomach. A human hair can hold 3 kg. The length of the penis is three times the length of the thumb. The femur is as hard as concrete. A woman's heart beats faster than a man's. Women blink twice as much as men. We use 300 muscles just to keep our balance when we stand.... The woman has read this entire text. The man is still looking at his thumb lol
During a recent company password audit, it was found that a blonde secretary was using the following password:"MickeyMinniePlutoHueyLouieDeweyDonaldGoofySacramento" When asked why she had such a long password, she said she was told her password had to be at least 8 characters long and include at least one capital.
Chemistry Teacher: ‘‘Can you give me the formula for water?’’ -
Student: ‘‘H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-.’’ -
Chemistry Teacher: ‘‘Where did you get an idea like that?’’ -
Student: ‘‘You told us the other day it was H to O.’’
A blondewalks into the library. She walks up to the counter, SLAMS a book downand screams at the librarian, – “This is the WORST book I’ve everread!” “It has NO plot and far too many characters!” The librarianlooks up and calmly remarks – “So, you’re the one who took our phonebook…”

Drama Updates
Veoh is now legalised in our country again. Hurray! Haha. For those who don't know, veoh is where you can download series, movies. It actually works like youtube. Only downloadable youtube. And its banned in most countries now, so the tv producers or anything can't claim the rights so wheee! Haha.
Eun-Ju (Moon Geun-Young), who lost her father many years ago, finally moves gets a new family home when her mother remarries. Although things seem to have turn the better for the cynical Eun-Ju, she immediately faces problems when she meets her new step-sister Hyo-Seon (Seo Woo). Hyo-Seon with her bright character is the apple in her father's eyes and the clear favorite in the house. Furthermore, Eun-Ju's mother also seems to have fallen for the charismatic personality of Hyo-Seon.
Making matters worse for Eun-Ju, Hyo-Seon seems to like Eun-Ju's prince Ki-Hoon (Cheon Jeong-Myeong). Eun-Ju decides then and there to take matters in her own hands and exact revenge on her Cinderella like stepsister ...
CINDERELLA’S SISTER (KBS)
In my latest Oh My Lady recap, I mentioned the issue of a drama making an emotional connection with the viewer, and how Oh My Lady has been slow to build that rapport. In contrast, Cinderella’s Sister is very good about establishing that connection right away, and I felt myself drawn from the start.
Tonally, the first episode wasn’t angsty or tragic, and was surprisingly light. Not light in a fluffy way, but in a way that is humorous and heartfelt. (I suspect that the drama will grow heavier later, but am thankful it starts briskly.) I feel confident saying that of the three Wednesday premieres, this was the strongest first episode and while none of them sucked, it was a pretty obvious first-place. The pacing is assured, the scenery beautiful. The acting is outstanding, not just from the leads but everyone. (That would be Moon Geun-young, Seo Woo, Chun Jung-myung, Lee Mi-sook, and Kim Gab-soo. Taecyeon is not in this episode.)
Without giving away too many plot points, the gist of the story is this: Eun-jo (Moon Geun-young), somewhere in her mid-teens, is the daughter to a woman who keeps shacking up with horrible men — drinkers, beaters, lowlifes. Mom Kang-sook (Lee Mi-sook) goes from one man to another, and Eun-jo bears this stoically although she’s sick of living like this. Hyo-sun (Seo Woo) is a bright, lovable girl whose father owns a makgulli (rice wine) company. Meeting Kang-sook stirs her longing for a mother figure, and Hyo-sun does her best to push Kang-sook toward her father. Ki-hoon (Chun Jung-myung) is a good-natured employee of the makgulli company and a caring, mature older brother figure to Hyo-sun, who adores him. Though his interaction with Eun-jo is brief, he’s the only person who’s able to get through Eun-jo’s tough outer shell.
Moon Geun-young as Eun-jo is the main draw by far, and she does her cynical, hurt, defensive role well. She makes Eun-jo relatable and unique, and acts with convincing intensity. I love Chun Jung-myung so I’m thrilled merely to see him back onscreen again, but I’ll admit he doesn’t have much to do in this episode. However, his gentle, smiling presence in itself gives his character a warm aura. I am keen to see how their relationship unfolds, and by keen I mean VERY. I’m invested already.
That said, I think Seo Woo is almost as strong as Moon Geun-young. Yes, she most certainly overacts as the young schoolgirl. I suspect some viewers will find it annoying. As in Tamra the Island, I find Seo Woo’s girlish exaggerations cute rather than contrived, because they seem genuine to the actress herself, and not put-upon to force cutesiness. I am also being a little lenient because she’s playing a young teen, and will revise my opinion if she doesn’t grow out of it later. All that said, it’s the crying scene where she really stands out, and she makes Hyo-sun’s tears not only sympathetic but entirely believable. I was impressed.
Kim Gab-soo is excellent as the quiet, withdrawn father. You won’t find a trace of his creepy villain (Hon, Partner, Tazza) in this character, who is alternately gruff and vulnerable. Lee Mi-sook is the perfect stepmother to Cinderella, and she plays Kang-sook with layers of complexity. In fact, everyone plays their characters with layers, which is why I have a good feeling about this drama. It’s not simply reversing the Cinderella fairy tale, it’s subverting all the relationships and creating something new with them. I find that really compelling.
Cute show. Challenging, no. But amusing, generally yes. It pretty much delivered what I expected: some conventional setups and kdrama cliches, with a cute lead boy (Choi Siwon may have the body of a man but he’s firmly in boy-man territory for me) and a lovable leading lady. (I am SO glad to see Chae Rimback on television.)
Oh My Lady feels like a remix of several familiar stories and dramas, so it’s not wildly original. Its charm is in the characters and the relationships, and if things continue the way they’ve started, I think it’ll be a fun, light watch.
PERSONAL TASTE (MBC)
I said that Cinderella’s Sister had the best first episode, in that it’s the best-produced and most cohesive package. But Personal Taste is my pick for the most fun and laughs — it’s cute, well-cast, and has a freshness to its humor. The jokes aren’t wildly original, but they’re presented well and feel new for a kdrama. (I mean, a gay-blowjob joke on Korean television? Ha!) Also, every deviation that the drama has made from the novel has been for the better (so far).
If you’ve been following the novel posts, you’ll get the gist. If you haven’t, here’s the deal: Kae-in (Sohn Ye-jin) is an upbeat and good-hearted furniture designer, if naive and rather dense. She is badly hurt by her boyfriend, whom she believes is going to propose to her when he is in fact marrying her friend the next day.
In a series of chance encounters, she gets off on the wrong foot with Jin-ho (Lee Min-ho), an architect who works at a rival firm to her ex. She thinks he’s a pervert at first, but then gets the impression that he’s gay. Jin-ho, who considers her a clueless blunderer, doesn’t bother correcting her. In the next episode (we aren’t there yet), Kae-in agrees to let Jin-ho move in, fed up with straight guys and liking the idea of having a gay roommate. Little does she know that Jin-ho has an ulterior motive: he badly needs to win a building project, and needs to study her house in order to do so, as she is the daughter to the famed architect who built it.
Spot-on casting, for sure. Sohn Ye-jin is perfect as Kae-in, showing the character’s positive personality even as she bumbles through various encounters. She also lets a naivete and vulnerability shine through, making it easy to root for her. Everyone, from the main cast to the supporting members, has that extra spark that draws you to them and their roles. I have a feeling the sidekicks are going to be a hoot. I even like Kim Ji-suk’s take on his character, who is nowhere near as awful as the book character; you can see he’s conflicted and remorseful. He’s just also a wuss.
Lee Min-ho may be young (he’s even younger than Im Seulong despite playing his hyung), but he wears Jin-ho’s airs perfectly. I’ll be the first to sing Lee’s praises, but I was worried that he wouldn’t be able to emerge from the Boys Before Flowers shadow — which is considerable — or live up to expectations, particularly since he’s taken over a year to choose his next project. I think he does quite nicely.
You might say that of course I like Personal Taste because I expected to like it — but I think liking the idea actually makes it harder to live up to the hype. Episode 1 is a little unstable at times and the pacing is uneven in the first half, but in the second half it starts to gel and really work. At the end of the hour, this is the drama whose second episode I wanted to see the most.
The drama follows the story of a man, Choi Suk Bong, who believes that he is actually the son of a rich father and heir to a chaebol group. He meets Lee Shin Mi, who is actually a chaebol heir but acts nothing like one, with her scrimping and frugal ways. Although they get off to a rocky start, with her help, he struggles towards his goal of attaining wealth.
This drama is set in the 1930's when Korea was under the rule of Japan. Na Yeo Kyeong was the owner of a book store and she was also a freedom fighter. Seon Woo Wan was the playboy son of a rich family and he became involved in the independence movement through a bet with his co-workers to win Na Yeo Kyeong's heart. His father paid for the education of his worker's son, Lee Soo Hyeon, and was disappointed to find him working for the Security Branch of the Japanese government. Cha Song Joo was a famous gisaeng who ran a high class brothel.

TM Thingi in Port Dickson
One good news: My laptop is finally back new and improved with windows 7 and 320 GB. xD It goes even smoother now. Wheee. I do have a lot of updates. But is lazy to type so abolished the idea the next day usually.
I'm not writing the exact full name because ppl can just google the name of the bengkel next year like what i did for the bengkel this year. Haha. And the world will know about this blog. Anyways..
The first day
Departed from granma’s place at 7? About 7. Slept the whole way. But it was quite fast la. Found the place at about 12. The locality was quite good. There was a beach, (Port Dickson is mainly famous for its beaches: What I remembered from the essays last time). The rooms were comfy, with air cond, and ok beds and tv. No astro of course. And the toilet was ok besides the sudden change of hot to cold water. First day was boring. Signed in, got into room. Saw no roomates yet(they went out already). Spent the day reading storybooks. xD When we signed in, the person just directed us to our room, no other info. After asking around, another girl said they’ll come knocking on our room doors at 6.30. Went down at 6.30, they said to gather at 8.30. -.- By about 7, my roomates came back and we did intro and all that stuff. They’re friendly. Haha. And they introduced me to our neighbours via connecting room doors which was very handy later on. Neighbours were friendly too. Its amazing how we can keep crapping. haha. One of my neighbours is from Penang too! Gasp! My first friend from Penang. Btw, the camp is for the whole Malaysia. Anyways.. we decided to go down a little earlier which was fortunate cause they were serving dinner already!! We thought dinner was at 8.30 but actually 8.30 we were suppose to go in the dewan. Aina was like, "Tu lah, mereka nak save kos sebab tu tak nak bagi tau". Went in the dewan.. Lady gave us briefing.. She was like congratulations for making it here.. Everyone here are very smart, bla bla bla, said we were to maintain our grades if we were to get the scholarship, but she thinks it wouldnt be a problem for ppl there. She also said, for overseas program, only 70 were picked out of 4000 over applicants.. So I sat there wondering.. How the hell did i get in, esp when the ppl there all had like straight A+'s. =/ Hahah. Common conversation there is to ask name, state, what other scholarships you applied. Haha. Seriously. When ppl talk, its all bout JPA, or MARA or smth. Then we were supposed to hand in our results slip and certs and stuff. You know, usually we just gather it together and stapler it or smth. But there are ppl who like.. BINDS their stuff, with plastic cover and everything siap dgn resume. I was like O.O And all had like a book thick pile. Hahah. Anyway, once we were done with the briefing, we went for supper. Oh, did i mention they provide SIX meals per day? After that, me and roomates watched monster house. Oh and.. Great thing about my roommate. Two of them love k pop too. =D So can talk about Super Junior and SS501 and stuff, latest updates, SNSD. And they know the dances of Gee, Oh! and Devil Run. I was like.. Surprised. They dance very well. Haha. Down to which part and everything. Recorded a video but can't post it up cause they weren't.. wearing their tudung and stuff. But still =D
Second day
Again they mentioned to kumpul at 8.30 neglecting to mention about breakfast. But we already knew their nefarious plans to starve us, so we went down early. xD Second day was full of ice breaking. We had a total of 227 ppl around. (mixed ppl who applied for MMU scholarship). And first, they asked us to group ourselves by our states. Penang had about 13 ppl... all from seberang side and stuff. Get this, we were supposed to introduce and memorize the names. Selangor had the most members. From there, we were supposed to find other group members like grouping us by our month of birth, name initials, etc etc. By the third group, i just about given up with all the names being a blur in my head. Haha. The process from then is just, nods head when being told name, and tells own name. Hahaha. Then we had various activities including chicken dance, indian dance, sing a long. Chicken fight dance. LOL. Then they separated the overseas and local, then arranged us in order of A+'s.. divided us into groups. Then we had discussions, which i only participate when asked. Haha. Oh. There was one we were supposed to pick someone and like.. talk with them then present about her. I partnered one of my room mate, and we talked about funny incidents and those kind of stuff, presented also about that. What the other ppl did was, talk about the qualifications of the other party. Like.. they received how many A's for pmr, did what in kk, is the president of what and what. I was like.. Ooopss.. "About me" is a wide range right? lol. And I know this is blatantly obvious, but i just HAVE to add that over there, you can practically see brain neurones zinging about in full speed. Their brains. Discussions, discussions, debate. Then we were given an EQ test and asked to think of incidents and how we felt. With that, our facilitator ended with giving us the 1000 piece puzzle that everyone will remember when thinking of our beloved bengkel. hahaha. They had alphabets at the back to give us clue which area it was from, but it was already scribbled and blancoed out by previous camp ppl. -.- Some pieces can see la. So we started sorting out the pieces and our place was kinda dim, so it was kinda testing our eyesights too. Haha. All of us getting sarcastic while doing the puzzle. Haha. Our puzzle wasn't easy because all you could see was RED. And YELLOW. Grr. And everyone HATED F4. HAha. It was the taiwan F4. Not the Korean ones.
At the beginning.. Still laughable...
After one hour... And getting no where.. Grr. Hahaha.
I think everyone had one or two hours of sleep only. And yet the puzzle remains.. incomplete.
Our leader didnt sleep at all. Two nights in the row. At like 6, me and my room mate went up, didn't even brush our teeth or anything. Just plonked down on the bed and it felt like only 10 mins i was being roused again.
Third day
Surprisingly, I didn't feel sleepy the next day. We had more discussions. And we went down to the beach. Haha. Without our facilitators permission. He saw us all hot and sleepy and allowed joyce to lead us around the building. She lead us to the beach. xD Port Dickson beach is not very different from Penangs. haha. Then they asked us to make something in 30 minutes. Something that telekom would buy and sell. We only could use what we found. We got cardboards, cans and stuff. And we separated into groups cause we needed to make it formal and stuff, the opening ceremony, greet him and everything. We had kompang sounding dustbin players, which was me and 3 others. Hahaha. And the the other girls greet and iringi, then the guys designed the project. When the dude came, he was actually pak ali, another groups facilitator, we greeted, and we had 2 ppl presenting our item, which was a hybrid teleporter, which was supposed to replace our public phones cause by this, you can video conference and teleport objects la supposedly. Pak Ali started by saying, I didn't understand a word you're saying, Why are you questioning me, This is kindergarten work(which it wasn't!!!), and all the hurtful stuff la. Then he picked up our project, and tossed it in the pond
The pond behind us. That was where our group was most of the time. Everyone was of course shocked, i myself was wondering.. What is his problem??? Oh btw, since the first day, all the facilitators were like insulting us and stuff like kamu dari terrenganu? oh, sebab itulah muka macam penyu. and stuff. They were testing our reactions and stuff. So when he threw our project(we didn't even take a pic of it), it all suddenly came to me that it was a test, and also confirmed when Pak Ali turned around, he was smiling a bit, but apparently i was the only one who noticed that. The others was angry. And our facilitator, Pak Man, added fuel to the fire and stuff. We had a discussion on how we felt. When we went back to our rooms, everyone found out as we discussed with each others bout the various ways their project got ruined. Some got stepped on, kicked, and stuff. My roommate had their project stepped on BEFORE they presented and then was blamed for being unprepared. As we assembled for the night, Pak Ali walked in, and said, nampak muka-muka semua yang benci aku sekarang. hahaha. Then he said he think we already know it was all planned and stuff. Then we continued our puzzle... I chaoed at about 3.. The guys continued doing it.. And i was asleep when...
Finally, it was done. You see the red? All very nerve racking. haha.
The Last Day
We just saw a bunch of videos, like the video we seen of the ppl who had no hands or legs but manage life, and appreciate our parents, and who's packing your parachute thing. sang more songs, danced. Then we dismissed. After taking pictures, balik.
our waterfall...
Group A. This is our full group of 23 ppl. =D
p/s pictures were all stolen from ppl. My dad took my camera.
And i think my chances of actually getting the scholarship is close to 1%.. But I have to say i don't regret going. Make new friends from all over Malaysia. There were ppl from Sabah as well. It was an experience. Truly. And there was a point where we talked about optimism and stuff. And its really ironic. Cause when i reached penang, i saw this show, Becoming a billionaire, its a korean show, the hero was contradicting one of the characters who was talking about optimism as well.. He said, "Therefore, you need to ignore everything that is negative. Isn't that right? So, that would mean that you can't get upset, when you're stuck in a traffic jam. If you're going to be stuck in traffic, learn to enjoy that time. Listen to radio or music, or talk to your lover on the phone. But this is the kind of thought I have, aah, it sucks to be in a traffic jam, there are big problems with the roads of Korea. Not only do I get annoyed, but I feel the need to do something in order to make things better. This means that the power to change the road system of Korea is derived from negativity, not positivity. Negativity isn't the power that eats away the power of affirmative, I believe it possess the power to surpass the ability of affirmative in your life.". The facilitators lie so many times, i found myself doubting everything they say towards the end of the bengkel. haha. In the start, they asked us to forget that we came for the scholarship, but they keep on talking bout scholarships. so. -.-

GAH.
I ish ze going crazy thinking Su Ju is already in Malaysia. Noooo! Gah! I wanna goooooooooooooo. Regretting not buying the ticket now.
Main reason why I didn't buy the ticket when it first came out was because:
* All collection of tickets will require validation of NRIC/Passport, Credit Card and Booking Number.
* Ticket collection is at venue only on the event day, 2 hours before the show time.
* No third party collection allowed. The purchaser (credit card holder) has to be present upon ticket collection.
Yeah. I can totally imagining my dad beside me in the concert complaining. LOL. That was the main reason in the first place. I couldn't think of anyone else who'd already have a credit card. And also no one to go with me. WHich means even if i do find a credit card holder. I still need to get there alone. So, didn't get it. However.. Regretting it big time now. Gah. Who knows the next time they're coming again? Maybe I'll have college exams or something at that time. SIGH.
If I studied in KL in Jan, I'd probably would be attending the concert. Since I am already in Kl. However, if i do go KL to study, I don't think I would have the time to be fan crazy bout them. Gah. Nvm.
*Repeats to self slowly about why I didn't go in the first place.*
Gah.
Moving on...
I actually had a job today. Yes. KIL has actually gotten a job. Its a one day thing though. Hahaa. And just my luck, I saw 5 of our beloved school teachers. 3 of them never taught me though. Just saw their faces before. One was our moral teacher in F2 or F3.. The one who taught maths instead of moral in our moral period. Haha. I forgot her name.. Haha. She recognized me! =D I forgot the other ones name... Imagine that. haha. Oh. I was working in Tesco extra. Giving out some slimming voucher thingi and they had to write down their names. Not bad. I finished two storybooks. Should have brought laptop. =D Saw a lot of different kinds of ppl today. I like kids. They're cute. =D I observed kids the whole day today. Most looked like their mothers. Haha. Ke random nessan.
Su JUUUUUU..
