Future books

Sage has confirmed in an interview that there will be seven books in the series, and that plans for the forthcoming novels are being developed, with each release tightening the plot.^[8] The fifth novel, titled Syren, is scheduled to be published September 29, 2009 in USA, according to Amazon.com ^[10], and the cover art has already appeared. As well as announcing the release date, the author has compared book five to Robinson Crusoe with "tentacles—lots of them".^[7] Commenting on the final book, she says:

I've planned the ending, and I'm already just drawing everything in, so with number seven, I can pretty much think what's going to happen. But on the other hand, there's always the unknown. I write in the character's shoes, so I'm never entirely sure what they're going to do.^[8]

She has also expressed an interest in writing spin-off novels which focus on some of the other characters, once the seventh novel is complete.^[8]

Film adaptation

Warner Brothers bought the rights to produce a film version of the first book, Magyk. Karen Rosenfelt will produce the film, with Sage serving as an executive producer.^[2][11] According to Cinematical.com, the making of the movie will not start before the final Harry Potter movie is completed.^[12] Sage said that the screenplay will be developed after the writer's strike was over.^[8] It was announced on July 17, 2009 that the movie will be animated, with David Frankel as director and Rob Lieber to adapt Magyk. ^[13]

i'm sure by the time they release the movie i probably would have forgotten where i stashed my series.

One day, KIL and Cyn decided not to talk to each other so they went like this,

KIL: Eunice, can you tell Cyn that I am not talking to her?

Cyn: Yeah, Eunice. Can you tell I-Lyn I am not talking to her?

It went on like this the whole day from 12.20 till 2.30pm.

The bet was either RM 5 or RM 10 and they argued. So, I said, make it RM 7.50.

The bet was supposed to end at 12.20pm the next day which means to say, they can't talk to each other during that time.

Sadly, Cyn lost.

I know, i know. I keep saying this is my last post right? Lol. The main reason is Pn Tan Say See. She says she's going to take my laptop back... since... the weekends? and i usually don't blog without my laptop(i don't know why) and yet here i am still here. well, if she forgotten to take it i'm not gonna remind her. haha. Anyways. Pips was back yesterday. Spent the whole day with him. =D Sent him away today. He's living with ppl handling the snake temple stuff. Hopefully he's doing ok. *sigh* After that, went to meet Eel and Shaf for a horror movie marathon. Before that had a book spree!!! Whee. Broke once again. But stocks replenished! =D Hap-hap happy. Bought hunted. will have to reread that series cause i forgotten most of the storyline. Bought dark visions. ^^ Sabs, have you started reading yours yet? And i can't believe theres a fifth book to the septimus heap series!!! no wonder the story seemed incomplete. jeez. but i kinda forgotten the storyline. And i wanted to buy the hardcover since all my books for the septimus heap series was hardcover but i could only find the paperback ones. isn't it weird that paperback ones came before hardcover? AND sophie kinsella's new bookSSS which i can't afford atm. well, i can but i'd rather wait for paperback ones. AND Dan Brown's the lost symbol!!! when's paperback coming out!!! and i can't believe the host is coming out in paperback now. after so long. Darren Shan's coming out in cinema's. =D read it long ago. don't really remember much anymore. haha. i remembered darren shan was the only book that the whole 5B read right? haha. it was like passed around. must ask jo to refresh. loads of other books to buy. to ppl who buys books: MPH has 20% sale for teenager books. so whoever that wants to buy, go now!! haha. buy marked. =D when's the last book of night world coming out anyway... oohhh. and Numair's books coming out next year!!! WHOOOO.... FINALLY. i wanted to read it in 2005... 2010 seemed so far at that time. Lets hope Tamora Pierce doesn't postpone. So many books, so little time and cash. haha. Anyways... Moving on from books......

At first we went and watched the perfect getaway. Show was ok...Has a twist at the end and like a puzzle la. Not much gory parts except towards the end. We laughed at the movie but i think the ppl behind and beside us was laughing at US. hahaha. particularly when Eel keeps calling Timothy Olyphant the hot guy. haha. There's a part where he was coming out of the waters after being shot and Shaf and eel were like the hot guy isn't dead! The hot guy isn't dead!! And towards the end.. Eel said, " see? i told you hairy guys were hot", the person behind her sighed and the one beside her laughed. hahahaha. Swt swt. Oh and the previews... There was one movie coming out in december... Avatar.. We were like... After SPM la.. then shaf was like sshhhh.. we are supposed to be over 18. hahhaha.


We got in the perfect getaway. But for the final destination 4... the guy asked for our IC... so we said, left in the car and bla bla bla. then shaf told them we already went in the perfect getaway just now and showed him the ticket, he looked at us and gave us back our tickets. haha. we were like phewwww... well, it was my first time they asked for IC.. haha. Final Destination 4 sucked. The scenes were over exaggerated that it was too unrealistic. i practically laughed through the whole movie at the sheer ridiculous scenes. haha. like that part where the mechanic.. the gas pump or something knocked him into the fence.. and his meat came out in the shapes of the fence? hahahaha. and the parts where heads get chopped of... it like wham and blood spurts out. haha. unrealistic la. but i think it'll be better in 3D. We wanted to watch 3D but today chun chun tak ada dah. adui. And mostly when something happens, there's no remains except the blood and torn clothes. lol. i don't get scared at these stuff. What i AM scared of are ghost movies. they get my adrenaline pumping. I mean good ghost movies.. not the au ta au ta ones. haha. so there you have it. My weakness out in the open. haha. At least perfect getaway had a plot. final destination was a disappointment. we should have watched gamer. gerard butler in there. =D After that, Eel and shaf went back.We were discussing that he has a nice bod.Then eel smsed me that timothy olyphant was 41 and had already 3 kids. she went back already and googled. hahahaha. before that they were saying he was in his 20s... i said he was older. haha. googled him more. apparently he's a good kisser. So you be the judge. How old does he look to you?

The One and only Middle 17th.

I'm blogging now and you'll probably never hear from me again till a few weeks. Life will be pretty uneventful. Unless of course i feel the sudden urge of blogging. Anyways, 19 ppl turned up for the 19th of September. Excluding me and PY. I'm actually surprised everyone could come but nevertheless happy. It all started early in the morning when Cynthia started smsing me and disrupting my sleep.It was 9 am. I slept at 4 am. But due to exam training, where i slept less than 5 hours everyday anyway, it felt normal. We.... what did we do? hmmm.......
Oh and.. Ironically....

Ok.. I can't really think now.. So thats for now. Oh i played piano and we sang. haha. We left said goodbye to Elizabeth and cousin cause they're leaving for kl then back to bahrain.

Proceeded to buy bra strap. i was feeling sleepy then. When June said she wanna eat, Me and cyn headed to the toilet to wear the bra straps. (Mine snapped and she wanted to wear a transparent one) At first we stood outside the cubicles... I asked Cyn to help me put on the ones at the back. but everytime she wanted to attach it someone came in. Not wanting to look weird with her hand down my shirt, we decided to go inside the cubicle... When we came out.... We both are like readjusting our shirts and bra straps while walking out.. and there was a long line of ppl.... who are probably wondering who knows what we were doing in the cubicle. together. hahahha.. Their looks were priceless. Shopped more.

Kim said she arrived. Went to meet her. Tze Ni came the same time. Then we went.... Up? I think so. Bad memory.

Went into cinema. The Ugly Truth was nice. Cliche, but nice la with plenty of dirty jokes. I liked Katherine Heigl but realised Gerard Butler was a pretty good actor.

Movie sent June into peals of laughter till she was laughing on my lap. somehow.

Totally Eunice niche area. =D Moving on, went out... jmin called to say her mom was coming.. me and py planned to buy the same hairband and up till then we haven't got one. We decided to buy the crown-like one in Maggie-T...

Dashed there, and dashed down. Reached little cottage. Started greeting ppl and taking pics. I'm really glad everyone respected the themes and wore what was required. Lol. Wasn't expecting that too. Everyone looked great. In their skirts/dresses with hairbands. =D Food was ok. My lips was bugging me. Double lips. Ugh. Irritating. haha. but i had loads of fun. I remember laughing a lot.. but can't remember about what now... haha.

I didn't know about the cake. Except that Michelle let slip and asked where's the cake. Even then i thought she was just saying. When everyone started saying "Michelle!!" then i realised. =D Thanks ppl!!! =D

Expected though. =D Some bill problems, settled. Full pics in FB. Transport problems. I assumed we were following ze cause i thought only a small amount of ppl was going to Mcd. but oh well. That too, settled. haha. we talked bout celebs on the way there. Loved the part where me and WY(ok i know its supposed to be WY and I but this sounds better right?) shouted at ze yin in unison, "MICHAEL JACKSON NEVER ADOPTED KIDS!!" He only invites them to play in his ranch. =D Nice to see someone different defending him. =D We played a fast game of monopoly. Kah mei was in a rush. as usual. cause her dad was coming soon.



My park lane that NO ONE stops at. 3 houses. 1100. =D Finally GP visited. It made her bankrupt. =D played till PZY had to go home. We had a majority thingi to see whether to follow ZY home or not.. We didn't. Went back up. And regretted keeping the monopoly. haha. We gossiped, bang splat(i don't know why we always play this when we have nothing), tried out Cyn's failed game the other day Truth or dare and finally Charades.

Truth or dare was funny. We dared PY to take chilli sauce and put on any other table except ours. After she said she wanted to put on the empty table, we said after putting it down, she has to pai pai that table. hahahaha. so she went, put on the empty table and prayed. HAHAHA. funny la. then dad came. In the end we needed to go ZY's house as Py forgot her bag. Went there to pee. =D Went home. We were sleepy but all agreed that what was a sleepover if all we did was sleep, so we all tried to keep awake by eating.. maggie mee.... i think we cooked like... 4 packets. Played card games. While watching Push. I like Push!!! EVeryone who hasn't watched go watch! Its kinda heroes, kung fu hustle, x-men thing. hahaha. In the end, all of us fell asleep without finish watching. Woke up the next morning. Last week, we planned to go market, buy ingredients and cook.. but decided we were too lazy. haha. Spent the morning lazing around. Played all types of games with the cards. Even the game "Donkey". I was Donkey once, cyn once, june thrice. Py tak kena lagi. We wanted to go swimming but as soon as we stepped out of the house, it started pouring. So we decided to eat first. After we ate, it was still raining. So we went down, brought our cards along to wait in the shaded area beside the pool. Py finally became the donkey.=D Py was randomly praying so that the rain will stop. Everytime it got heavier, we'll tell her, "you not sincere enough" in which she would start praying again. haha.






Finally it was just a drizzle.. We started with throwing Cynthia down...

But Cyn went down with me.

T.T Cyn kept thinking my property was hers. Nyeh. And I had a 3 houses... She had to give me 750. =D Every chance or treasure chest June touches always bring bad news. haha. had to cut the game short cause they had to go. =( but i won.... =D my assets were 4880. =D i made them all remember that figure. =D Then it was goodbye with me constantly reminding them, this is our last year... =( but, of course they could still come next year. =D
